Role Overview
Cadogan Clinic is a fast growing premium consumer healthcare company entering its fifth consecutive year of double digit growth (+21% FY25).
We are looking to supercharge our lead generation department to power this growth forward and deliver on our ambitious 5 year plan.
We are specifically seeking a talented and ambitious Performance Marketing Manager to own the lead acquisition engine, conversion optimisation machine, and oversee all data, reporting and analytics related to the department.
The ideal candidate is executionally oriented and not afraid to roll their sleeves up to ensure success. They will also be motivated to participate in daily action oriented, strategic conversations with senior management (including ownership) and act the point person for a wide array of lead generating activities.
Ideal Profile
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for the performance, efficiency, and quality of all digital patient acquisition channels. Owning paid search, organic search, and conversion optimisation, the role directs internal and external partners to deliver commercially aligned demand.
With a strong analytical orientation, the role ensures data integrity, clear reporting, and that marketing activity directly supports revenue, capacity planning, and long-term clinic growth.

- Exceptional understanding of PPC/SEO/CRO channels
- Analytical and data driven; instinct to report & generate insight
- Action & Execution oriented/Get it Done’ mentality
- Clear communicator
- Calm, commercially minded & low ego
- Comfortable with CRM & software systems
- Comfortable challenging assumptions
- Ex - agency or previous scale-up experience

Key responsibilities include
- Agency & Partner Management:
- Own performance management of paid search and CRO agencies, setting priorities, targets, and accountability.
- Work closely with web development partners to deliver AI-ready, machine-legible infrastructure, including online booking, structured data, and the formal implementation of CRO improvements.
- Data & Performance Reporting:
- Own key marketing and sales performance data, including lead flow, conversion, and revenue, across daily, weekly, monthly, and six-monthly cadences.
- Ensure data accuracy, clear insight, and the ongoing automation of reporting to support commercial decision-making.
- Understands Cadogan tech stack inside out to drive efficiencies, insight & troubleshoot
- Internal Stakeholder Management:
- Represent marketing performance with sales leadership and the wider team, owning dialogue on lead volume, mix, and quality.
- Establish tight feedback loops between marketing and sales to ensure continuous learning, faster decision-making, and measurable performance improvement
