Theatre Bookings Executive
 Location: Cadogan Clinic, Sloane Street, Chelsea, London
 Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
 Salary: From £28,000 per year
 Shifts: Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility to support theatre schedules

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Theatre Bookings Executive to join our dedicated administrative team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth, efficient, and economical running of our theatre booking processes, supporting consultants, anaesthetists, and patients throughout their surgical journey.
You will be responsible for intelligent scheduling, accurate coordination of theatre lists, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from initial booking through to procedure completion. Working closely with the Theatre Reservations Manager and clinical teams, you’ll help maximise theatre utilisation and maintain the highest operational standards.
This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

  • Experience handling financial transactions and patient billing
