We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Sales Advisor with a proven track record of exceeding targets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the cosmetic surgery industry, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting patients through their treatment journey, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, be confident communicating over the phone and via email, and have a natural ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
Role Summary
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll act as the first point of contact for prospective patients and guide them from initial enquiry through to post-treatment follow-up. You’ll use active listening, product knowledge and empathy to understand patients’ goals and provide tailored information and support.
You’ll collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure the patient journey is seamless, well-coordinated, and meets both CQC standards and our internal expectations for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Patient Engagement
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Engage with patients by phone and email to understand their goals and build trusted relationships.
Follow up on enquiries, qualify leads, and convert consultations into bookings.
Deliver clear, accurate information on procedures, pricing, and payment options.
Maintain regular contact post-procedure to foster long-term relationships and referral opportunities.
Patient Journey Management
Act as a dedicated point of contact throughout the patient’s journey—from enquiry to discharge.
Coordinate consultations and surgeries with internal teams and consultants.
Ensure all booking, pricing, and billing processes are accurate and compliant.
Collect and manage patient records in line with GDPR and clinic protocols.
Customer Service Excellence
Provide a supportive and empathetic service at every stage of the patient journey.
Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
Gather and share patient feedback to support continuous improvement.
Business Development & Collaboration
Contribute to marketing campaigns and clinic events, including open days and outbound call initiatives.
Support lead generation by responding promptly and effectively to marketing enquiries.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure operational excellence.

Experience in a healthcare or cosmetic industry is a plus, but not essential.
